Whenever we team up with Belle Bodas and Events some serious magic happens. This Utah bridal shoot shows how you can add subtle changes to give your wedding a fresh look. From mixing metallics and textures to repurposing your florals, there are so many ways to make your wedding day special. To put the cherry on top of this Utah bridal editorial, the model wears a white puff sleeve wedding dress that embodies soft romantic meets old Hollywood in the best possible way.
The Commercial Club wedding venue was originally built in 1909. It was seen as a symbol of economic growth and luxury during that time. Out of all the Salt Lake City wedding venues I’ve seen, this one is the most intricate due to its ornate moldings, beautiful craftsmanship, and glass-paned windows. My favorite aspect has to be the elaborate painted ceilings coupled with crystal chandeliers. This Utah wedding venue is sure to make your wedding undoubtedly both memorable and unique.
One of the most important aspects for a bride on their wedding is the dress. This puff sleeve wedding dress is a modern take on a classic shape. It’s perfect for making a statement while at the same time achieving a traditional silhouette. Without a doubt, this popular bridal trend will be one to pay attention to this season. It’s like a sweet homage to a classic style with a nod to the 80s. The simple fabric, square neckline, and structured bodice is perfect when paired with old Hollywood waves. The hair stylist, Tenesha Syles, completely nailed it. Add delicate florals with soft glam makeup and this dress undeniably shines.
Belle Bodas and Events chose a rose gold theme for this shoot and showed us how to take a classic color palette and make it feel original. They combined different shades of pink and added pops of frosted blue through ceramic candle holders and florals on each table. My favorite elements included the deep pink velvet napkin paired with rose gold silverware on top of delicate beaded glass plates. Above all, the moral of the story is to throw out the rules (like dessert is only after the meal) to make your wedding exactly what it should be, your own.
