This Payson Temple Utah wedding was a special experience for many of us vendors to be a part of. Ruth is a local Utah wedding photographer herself. She chose a team of vendors that she trusted to plan her special day. In doing so, the couple enjoyed themselves presently alongside their loved ones. Ruth and Quin said “I Do” on a beautiful May afternoon.

They had an intimate ceremony at Payson Temple that included the wedding party and immediate family. Afterward, the couple and I took advantage of using the garden for their portraits. The Temple has scenic views and a remarkable space both inside and out.

Spring Wedding in Utah

Leading up to their day, it had been raining for weeks. With a spring wedding, there is always the potential of unpredictable weather. We were thankful that Belle Bodas and Events had a plan A and B set in place. She prepared for the rain and anything else that came up that day.

Along with their Payson Temple Utah Ceremony, Ruth and Quin had a small backyard ceremony and reception. As a photographer, I can’t recommend a wedding coordinator enough for intimate weddings as such. They have credibility assurance when inquiring about other vendors, and having someone that supports you in the planning process is big in itself. However, not having to rely on your family to do any of the setups or takedown is another important element.

The family was able to enjoy the day in the most present way. Music is a big part of all their lives and it was embraced throughout the event. Ruth’s siblings performed a beautiful piece during the ceremony under the tent and her parents sang a song for the couple as well. Even her sister was involved in the musical celebrations.
