Courtney + Brian envisioned their wedding as a warm, natural affair, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and could fully appreciate the beauty of the ranch. To maintain its inherent charm, they opted for simpler details rather than grand ones. This included selecting playful florals that mimicked the wildflowers naturally found on the ranch and hosting dinner outdoors, allowing everyone to enjoy the serene setting before dusk.
They chose a mix of round and farm tables to foster a more intimate environment. Initially hesitant about having a head table with their large wedding party of 39, they found it to be a wonderful decision. Being surrounded by their closest family and friends enhanced the experience, turning the head table into a delightful focal point of the dinner setup.
Ultimately, witnessing their vision come to life and seeing their guests enjoy the atmosphere they had hoped for was incredibly special. It was an unforgettable experience that they will always cherish.
