This week’s blog post is back with one of our favorite topics- bridal trends! This Utah Gown Guide featured in Rocky Mountain Bride showcased the bridal creations of talented local Utah designers. This shoot included gowns from Janay Marie Designs, Chantel Lauren Designs and Natalie Wynn Designs. Shot in Moab, Utah, the red rock canyon and vibrant sunset served as the backdrop for our shoot. Western Inspired Bridal Look
This look by Chantel Lauren Designs is the quintessential desert elopement bridal look. This gown featured all over boho lace, long sleeves and a flattering low back fit. But it’s the accessories that really bring this western aesthetic look to life. A trend we expect to see a lot more next year? Bridal hats! Talk about a statement. One of the biggest bridal fashion trends coming out of Paris Fashion Week this year? Shades of blue! A soft blue wedding dress is a fresh take on the colorful wedding dress. Another selling point for this trend? It goes beautifully no matter what season you’re getting married. We love this look for a spring garden party wedding but it would be amazing for an icy winter wedding. Our other non-traditional dress featured in this shoot was the blush illusion gown designed by Natalie Wynn. Inspired by desert sunset hues, this dress is so versatile.
